PC optimization services: choose the scope and check results

PC optimization services are worth comparing by their scope, testing method and what you receive afterwards. Before choosing a package, describe the problem: low performance, stutters in specific situations, crashes or delayed response. That determines which type of help fits.
When booking a session, ask which game and scene will be used to check the outcome. Results from another computer do not predict your improvement. Any claimed result needs its testing conditions alongside it.
First decide whether you need troubleshooting or tuning
If a game has started crashing or a problem followed a specific change, the cause needs investigating. UltimateMove offers gaming PC troubleshootingfor these cases. With a stable system, you can compare optimization packages.
Hardware can also be the limit. Microsoft lists both software load and hardware that no longer meets current needs in its Windows performance guidance. Changing settings cannot increase physical memory capacity or a graphics card’s capabilities.
What Windows tuning covers and when BIOS work is included
The Windows 11 Gaming Optimization package covers the operating system, drivers and software configuration. Choose it when you want that layer of your PC assessed. The service description sets out the scope and booking terms.
The Ultimate Optimization package also includes BIOS work and hardware configuration. The scope depends on your computer and what you agree with us. If you do not want overclocking, say so before the session starts.
We work in Windows through a remote connection. For BIOS changes, we guide you over a Discord call while you show the screen with your phone camera. You need to be present, able to restart the machine and have access to it.
We connect to your PC remotely, save a restore point, then work through power, drivers and input. The BIOS we go through together on a Discord call while you show us the screen with your phone. The same benchmark at the end shows how much of it landed. For six months after the session we stay with you on Discord.
How to compare before-and-after results
A comparison needs the same game, resolution, settings and a scene that is as similar as possible. Record the game and driver versions too. If image quality changes during the session, that must be part of the result you assess.
Look at both average FPS and frame times. A short graph can reveal an issue hidden by the average. Our measurement guide.
Do not convert an FPS increase into a promised reduction in mouse latency. NVIDIA distinguishes frame rate from end-to-end response and explains the measurement requirements in its Reflex Analyzer documentation. An FPS graph is not a full click-to-display measurement.
What to ask before a remote session
Agree on the connection method, how settings will be backed up and which changes are in scope. UltimateMove uses RustDesk alongside a Discord call. You can see the work on your screen and ask what it is for. System configuration should not require handing over passwords to your games or stores.
Before making changes, we agree on how to revert them and back up the configuration. Check what follow-up support covers too. Do not assume a Windows restore point replaces a backup of every file or saved BIOS settings.
If Deadlock is your priority
Tell us whether the problem is constant, appears in large fights or started after an update. Begin with our Deadlock optimization guide. Valve describes the game as being in early development on Steam, so record the version and date when comparing results. There is no confirmed date when every performance issue will be resolved.
If the game runs smoothly and your difficulty is decision-making, see Deadlock coaching. Describing the symptom helps distinguish a gameplay review from work on the PC.
Before booking, prepare your specifications, the games you play, such as CS2, Deadlock or Valorant, and a short description of the problem. The PC optimizationlists current packages, prices and availability. Use it to check which scope you can book.
Frequently asked questions
Does the service guarantee a specific FPS increase?
We do not predict a result before measuring your PC. The outcome depends on its starting point, the game and hardware limits. A comparison should include the test conditions.
Can I book a session without overclocking?
Yes. Say so before the session and choose the appropriate scope. The Windows package covers software configuration; the Ultimate scope is agreed with you.
How does BIOS work happen remotely?
We guide you through the settings on a Discord call while you show the screen with your phone camera. A Windows remote desktop connection does not provide BIOS control.
Can I get help if my game crashes?
Yes, but start with troubleshooting. The cause of the crash needs investigating before choosing any further tuning.
Does an FPS counter measure input lag?
No. The counter reports frame rate. Measuring the whole path from a click to the displayed result requires an appropriate method and equipment; average FPS alone cannot establish it.
Where can I find current prices?
On the PC optimization page and the individual package pages. Check the scope, appointment and booking terms in your language before purchasing.
Frames dropping exactly when the fight starts?
That drop lands in the one second that decides the round, and no graphics preset fixes it. We tune Windows, drivers and network remotely, and the BIOS together with you on a Discord call. You measure it yourself, in your own game, before and after, with us watching.
