Why is my PC stuttering even with a good GPU?
Stuttering with strong hardware is almost always a software or configuration issue, not a hardware limitation. Common causes: a full render queue, background processes spiking (Windows telemetry, compatibility appraiser), DPC latency from a bad driver, power plan throttling, or a shader cache problem. We diagnose the actual cause instead of guessing, then fix it.
Why do I get sudden FPS drops mid-game?
Sudden drops usually point to thermal throttling, background tasks competing for CPU, RAM running below its rated speed (XMP/EXPO disabled), or a driver-level issue. The fix depends entirely on the root cause, which is why a proper diagnosis matters more than running a generic "optimizer" app.
Is remote PC repair safe?
Yes. We connect through a secure remote session (RustDesk) and communicate over Discord. You can watch everything we do in real time, and you can end the session at any moment. We never touch personal files, passwords, or accounts. The session only exists while you're present.
What if the problem is a hardware fault?
If your issue turns out to be a failing component (dying drive, faulty RAM, degrading thermal paste, PSU problems), we identify it and give you a clear report of what's failing and what to replace. We can't physically repair hardware remotely, but knowing exactly what's wrong saves you money and guesswork for what to replace.
How long does it take?
Most diagnostics and fixes are completed within the booked session (around 60 minutes). Complex issues may need a follow-up, which we'll discuss with you transparently.
What's the difference between this and PC Optimization?
Troubleshooting is for when something is wrong: stuttering, crashes, FPS drops, freezes. We find and fix the problem. PC Optimization is for when your PC works fine but you want maximum performance: lower input lag, higher stable FPS, per-game tuning. Many clients start with troubleshooting to fix the underlying issue, then move to optimization for peak performance.
Do you fix stuttering after Windows or driver updates?
Yes, this is one of the most common issues we see. Windows updates frequently re-enable telemetry, reset power plans, or introduce driver conflicts. We identify what the update changed and restore proper performance.
