Most gaming computers - including brand-new, expensive systems - never reach their full potential. Not because the hardware is bad, but because no one has configured the chain of events between a mouse click and the monitor. Here are a few examples that independent tests consistently confirm:
Windows security features tax your FPS Windows 11 ships (and silently re-enables after updates) Virtualization-Based Security and Memory Integrity. Independent testing across 15 games measured an average framerate hit of roughly 5% at 1080p, with worst cases around 11%, and Tom's Hardware recorded penalties as high as 15% - even on an RTX 4090. Useful protection for an office laptop; a pure handicap on a tournament rig. We decide together what stays on, based on how you use your PC.
Your RAM is probably running below the speed you paid for Out of the box, memory runs at slow JEDEC defaults, not the speed printed on the box. And it's sneaky: average FPS can look fine while frametime consistency quietly suffers. igor'sLAB's DDR5 scaling tests show what proper memory configuration and tuning are worth - up to +12% in 1% lows on Arrow Lake and +7% in 1% lows even on a 9800X3D, a CPU whose giant cache normally hides memory differences. 1% lows are exactly the stutters you feel in teamfights.
High FPS doesn't mean low input lag Input lag is a chain: mouse → USB polling → OS scheduling → render queue → GPU → display. An FPS counter only sees the middle of it. Photodetector (click-to-photon) measurements show how much is on the table: TechSpot measured total system latency dropping from ~104 ms to under 50 ms in a GPU-bound scenario just from proper render-queue configuration (NVIDIA Reflex), and NVIDIA's own THE FINALS testing shows 56 → 27 → 14 ms as latency features are enabled and configured correctly. Configuration - not new hardware - is where most of those milliseconds live.
None of the numbers above are ours - they're independent published tests, linked in the sources. We put them here for one reason: to show that optimization is measurable engineering, not placebo. And measurable is exactly how we work.

How the remote optimization works, step by step
- Step 1 (optional) - Get a free scan - available on Discord, no strings attached; at least you’ll know something – the tool is still being developed but has its limitations, so it’s not a 100% accurate diagnostic tool.
- Step 2 - Baseline benchmark on YOUR games At the start of the session we measure your current state: average FPS, 1% and 0.1% lows, frametime consistency - in the games you actually play, on the settings you actually use. This is the "before" that everything gets compared against. No synthetic-benchmark theater.
- Step 3 - Backup and restore point Before we touch anything, we create a full backup and system restore point. Every change we make is documented and reversible. This is non-negotiable and included in every package.
- Step 4 - The optimization session (60–90 min, you watch live) You connect with a technician over a remote session and watch every step on your own screen. Depending on the package, we work through the entire chain:
- BIOS/UEFI - memory profiles and timings, power settings, disabling features that cost FPS and add latency, PCIe link verification (yes, GPUs really do end up in the wrong slot or wrong bandwidth mode).
- Windows - debloat done surgically, background services, scheduler and power plan, timer behavior, security features weighed case-by-case (see the VBS chart above), driver cleanup and correct NVIDIA/AMD panel configuration.
- Memory - enabling and stabilizing the profile you paid for; on Ultimate, manual tuning beyond the profile where the silicon allows.
- Overclocking (Ultimate) - CPU/GPU/RAM within safe, tested limits, with stability testing before we call it done.
- Network system and adapter settings tuned for stable hit registration and consistent ping, not just a pretty number in the corner.
- Mouse & input polling, DPI/sensitivity sanity check, removing the OS-level factors that make aim feel "floaty" on some days.
- Step 5 - The "after" benchmark, side by side Same games, same settings, same scenes. You see the before/after numbers yourself, live, before the session ends. That's the whole point of steps 2 and 5: you never have to take our word for anything.
- Step 6 - Final Step + Six Months of Post-Service Support – During the session (throughout our call), you can ask why something was changed and what the benefit is; you’ll also receive tips on how to maintain this state (Windows updates tend to roll back beneficial changes - see: VBS automatically re-enabling itself). During the session, we go through the entire chain, from the BIOS to the network, in various orders depending on the situation:
- Overclocking (OC) CPU, GPU, RAM – safely increase clock speeds and settings to exploit the true potential of your hardware.
- BIOS/UEFI settings – we disable unnecessary features, improve timing, enable/disable options that have a real impact on FPS and input lag.
- PCI-E line configuration/verification – we make sure that the graphics card is working in the correct slot and bandwidth, and is not being “stifled” by incorrect configuration.
- Windows and driver optimization – We remove junk files, background processes, and incorrect settings from Nvidia/AMD panels that cause stuttering.
- Improvement of 1% lows and overall FPS – We aim not only for “nice numbers on the overlay,” but also for stability, no drops, and no micro-stutters.
- Network optimization – router, network card, and system settings so that you have stable ping and the best possible hitreg (especially in ranked games).
- Better mouse feel – tuning for sensitivity, DPI, polling rate, and system settings so that movement is repeatable rather than “floating” and random.

"Trust me bro" is not a benchmark
Every session is scored on numbers, not vibes. Depending on package and hardware we measure and show you:
- Average FPS and, more importantly, 1% and 0.1% lows - the difference between smooth and stuttery Frametime consistency - because 200 average FPS with spikes feels worse than a stable 144
- DPC/ISR latency - the driver-level delays behind micro-stutter and audio crackle
- Input signal responsiveness - (this is actually the first thing customers notice), but unfortunately, we can't measure it remotely.
- Network stability - jitter and consistency that decide whether your shots register
If a number can't be improved on your hardware, we tell you that too - and what upgrade would actually move it, in order of value. (Sometimes the honest answer is "your GPU is the wall" - and it's better to hear that than pay for placebo.)
Safe, reversible, anti-cheat clean
- Backups come first, always. Create a system restore point before making any changes.
- No modifications to sensitive game files (unless it's possible), no code injection, no kernel hacks. We configure your system and hardware - we never touch the game code or memory. Nothing we do causes issues with VAC, Vanguard, Ricochet, FACEIT, or ESEA.
