Free tools for gamers.

Nine tools we built for ourselves first and then left open for everyone. Demo and replay analysis, mouse sensitivity, callouts, tier lists and a stream overlay.

Where to start.

The three situations we hear most often, and the tool that answers each one fastest.

You lose duels and cannot tell why

Upload a demo from your last match. You will see which rounds you lost position in, and whether the problem is your aim or the spot you shoot from.

Ultimate Demo Analyzer
You are changing mouse or game

Convert your sensitivity through cm/360 before you start playing. Otherwise you spend the first week teaching your hand a movement you will change anyway.

Sensitivity Converter
You are coming back to CS2

The map pool moved on, Cache returned in April 2026. Go through the callouts for the maps you play before you join a server with a microphone.

CS2 Callouts

Questions we get.

Is all of it really free?

Yes. None of these tools has a paid tier, a usage limit or a trial period. The only things you pay us for are PC optimization and coaching, which is a person's time.

Do I need an account?

No. Not one of these tools asks for an e-mail, a password or a login. You open it and use it.

Where does the data in the analyzers come from?

Ultimate Demo Analyzer reads the demo file you upload yourself. Deadlock Replay Analyzer and the tier list use the public Deadlock match database, the same one other sites about the game compute their stats from.

Which one should I start with?

If you play CS2 and want to know what to fix, start with demo analysis. If you are switching mouse or game, start with the sensitivity converter, because without it everything else is measured wrong.

The tools found the problem, but it will not go away?

At that point it is usually not about settings any more. We sit down for an hour and go through your matches together, live.
