Coaching CS2 - dla kogo ma sens, a dla kogo nie (2026)

Most people who message me about CS2 coaching do not need coaching. They need to fix three things that cost nothing. I will start with those, because I do not want to take money for something you can do yourself in one afternoon.

Do these three things before you pay anyone

If any one of them is neglected, coaching will do nothing. You will be paying someone to tell you things you will not act on, because something else is blocking you.

1. Your game and mouse settings. Changing your sensitivity every week destroys muscle memory more effectively than any bad habit. I covered this in the CS2 settings guide.
2. System stability. This is not about average FPS. It is about whether your frames hold up at the exact moment of a duel. If they do not, your decisions are good and your result is bad. Start with the free configuration scanner.
3. Tilt. Three losses in a row and you play like a different person. I wrote about what I do with it in the guide to tilt.

If you are still stuck after those three steps, the problem is in how you play. That is when coaching makes sense.

Why free coaching from Discord usually does not work

I have nothing against people who teach for free. Some of them understand the game better than plenty of paid coaches. The problem lies elsewhere.

Free help is one-off by nature. Someone watches one demo with you, gives you five notes, disappears. Next week somebody else messages them, and you are left with a list nobody will check. Improvement in CS2 does not come from one session. It comes from doing one thing differently for a month while someone makes sure that thing actually changes.

The second problem: it is easy to catch the symptom instead of the cause. A bad round looks like bad aim when it was bad positioning thirty seconds earlier. To separate the two you need to watch more than one demo and know what to look for.

What a session with me looks like

I play at FACEIT Level 10 and that is the only credential I lean on here. I am not selling a story about being a former star of the scene, because I was not one.

• Before the session you send me two or three demos from the past week. Not the ones where you played well. The ones that left you embarrassed.
• During it we watch them together and I pause on the moments you consider neutral. That is usually where the mistake sits, not in the round you remember.
• After the session you get one thing to change. One, not eight. Eight means zero.
• At the next session we check whether it changed. If it did not, that means I picked the wrong thing, and that is my problem, not yours.

We also talk about numbers, but only the ones that mean something. K/D can lie. KAST shows how many rounds you actually took part in, and that is a far more honest picture of whether you are helping the team. What a free coach does not have, and I do

I built UDA, the Ultimate Demo Analyzer, a free tool for analysing CS2 demos. You upload a demo and you get numbers instead of impressions. I wrote about it in more detail in a separate article.

That changes how a session runs. Instead of watching two hours of footage and guessing where the problem sits, we go straight into the specific rounds the data flagged. Someone helping for free on Discord cannot do that, because they have no tool, only their own eye.

To be straight with you: UDA is free and you can use it without paying me a zloty. Some people will stop there and that is fine. A session adds the interpretation on top, plus someone checking whether anything actually changed.

What it costs

A one on one session costs 50 PLN. I state the price openly so you do not have to send a message just to find it out.

• CS2 one on one coaching - a live session, watching demos together, one thing to change at the end.
• Offline VOD review - if you do not want a live session or cannot make one. You send the demos, you get a written assessment and an improvement plan.

Who this is not for

I am writing this against my own interest, but I would rather turn ten people away than take money from someone I cannot help.

• You want a fast rank jump. Coaching is not boosting. Results show up over weeks, not after one session.
• You play less than a few hours a week. There is nothing to work with, and whatever we agree on will evaporate between sessions.
• You are looking for someone to say it is the team's fault. Sometimes it genuinely is, but that is not something worth paying for.
• Your problem is hardware, not tactics. In that case the faster fix is PC optimization, not coaching.

A quick test of whether this makes sense for you

Answer four questions honestly. Three yeses and the session will be worth its price.

• You play regularly and have demos to pull from.
• Your settings and sensitivity have been stable for at least a month.
• The game runs smoothly in busy situations too, not just on an empty server.
• You can point to the part of your game that frustrates you, even if you do not know why.
